It is a family park with varied activities for all ages on 38.3 acres of land. Park amenities include youth baseball fields and soccer complex, fishing pier, children's playground, six picnic pavilions, one rental pavilion, 1100-foot boardwalk, a multi-purpose field, nature trail, restrooms, and boat and canoe/kayak ramps. The park is open from sunrise to sunset.
